Chilischoten von den Kernen befreien und klein schneiden. Petersilie fein hacken. Den gerauchten Bauch in Streifen schneiden. Den gerauchten Bauch in einem Topf mit 1 EL Olivenoel anbraten. Das Gem\u00fcse, den Knoblauch und den Chili mit anschwitzen. Die Linsen zugeben und mit den Tomaten, dem Rotwein und der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche aufgiessen. Thymian zugeben. Zugedeckt ca. 30-40 Minuten schmoren.<br \/>\nDie Salsicce aus dem Darm druecken und aus dem Br\u00e4t kleine Klopse formen. In Oliven\u00f6l rundherum goldbraun braten. Kurz vor Ende der Garzeit zu den Linsen geben und mit Balsamico, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
