Champignons<br \/>\n8 Eier<br \/>\nSpeisest\u00e4rke<br \/>\n1 l Br\u00fche<br \/>\n20 EL Erdnuss\u00f6l; zum Braten<br \/>\n4 TL Sesam\u00f6l<br \/>\n<em>Marinade<\/em><br \/>\n8 cm-St\u00fcck Ingwer<br \/>\n8 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<br \/>\n12 EL Sojasauce<br \/>\n8 EL Reiswein; ersatzweise trockener Sherry<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\nFischfilet waschen, trockentupfen und in ca. 2 cm breite Streifen schneiden, die Streifen diagonal in St\u00fccke schneiden. F\u00fcr die Marinade den Ingwer und die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln fein hacken. Die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Marinade in einer Sch\u00fcssel vermischen. Die Fischst\u00fccke hinzugeben und mind. eine halbe Stunde marinieren lassen. Die Pilze putzen, und in St\u00fccke schneiden, \u00e4hnlich gross wie die Fischst\u00fccke. Die Eier auf einem Teller verquirlen. Die Speisest\u00e4rke auf einen anderen Teller geben. \u00d6l in einem Wok erhitzen.<br \/>\nDie Fischst\u00fccke aus der Marinade nehmen, in der Speisest\u00e4rke wenden und in die verquirlten Eier tauchen. Sofort in den Wok geben und von allen Seiten anbraten. Die Fischst\u00fccke aus dem Wok nehmen und beiseite stellen. \u00d6l bis auf einen kleinen Rest abgiessen. Den Wok wieder erhitzen, darin die Champignons kurz anbraten, mit der Br\u00fche und der Marinade abl\u00f6schen und auf kleiner Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Fl\u00fcssigkeit knapp zur H\u00e4lfte reduziert ist.
