Dann legen Sie den entw\u00e4ssert Reis in einem Topf zusammen mit braunem Zucker, Salz, 1 Dose Kokosmilch und dem Wasser. Halb abgedeckt kochen bis die Fl\u00fcssigkeit aufgesogen ist und der Reis weich bis z\u00e4h ist. (Falls erforderlich, f\u00fcgen Sie 1 Tasse Wasser mehr zu und kochen bis der Reis weich ist)<br \/>\nWenn Reis gekocht ist, etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen. F\u00fcgen Sie die restliche 1\/2 Dose Kokosmilch und die Eier zu. Gr\u00fcndlich mischen. Tauchen Sie Ihre Finger in das Gemisch um den Geschmack zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen &#8211; ein wenig mehr Zucker, wenn n\u00f6tig.<br \/>\nGie\u00dfen Sie diese Mischung in eine gro\u00dfe Auflaufform oder teilen diese auf einzelne F\u00f6rmchen auf. Mit Alufolie abdecken (bzw. einen Deckel bei Verwendung einer Auflaufform). Backen bei 180\u00b0C f\u00fcr 30 Minuten.<br \/>\nAus dem Ofen nehmen und entweder warm servieren oder in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen und kalt servieren (beides ist ok). Beim Servieren, f\u00fcgen Sie ein Klacks Kokoscreme auf (die feste Creme von der Spitze einer Dose dicke Kokosmilch) oder Schlagsahne.
