Diesen im Backofen ca. 15-20 Min. fertig backen.<br \/>\n<em>Zubereitung der Mouse:<\/em><br \/>\n1. Aus Quark, Eigelb, Vanillezucker (1), Zucker eine Mouse verr\u00fchren. Die Zitronenschale abreiben und anschlie\u00dfend die Zitrone auspressen. Geriebene Zitronenschale und Zitronensaft mit der Gelatine verr\u00fchren und unter die Quarkmousse geben.<br \/>\n2. Sahne mit Vanillezucker (2) s\u00fcssen, sowie die Sahnesteif zugeben und steif schlagen. Die Sahne nun unter die Quarkmousse heben. Den Tortenboden mit der Springform (Tortenring) umschlie\u00dfen und die gesamte Mousse auf den Boden geben um eine ca. 5 cm hohe Schicht zu erhalten. Die Mousseoberfl\u00e4che ist nun glatt zu streichen.<br \/>\n3. Die G\u00f6tterspeise nach Anleitung zubereiten und l\u00e4ngere Zeit erkalten lassen (nicht bis zu v\u00f6lligen Steife!).
