Dann Mehl zugeben und verkneten. Teig mindestens 1\/2 Stunde k\u00fchl stellen. in eine ungefettete Springform geben und einige Male mit der Gabel einstechen. Boden bei 180\u00b0C in ca. 10 Minuten goldgelb backen.<br \/>\n<em>Heller Biskuitboden<\/em><br \/>\nBackofen auf 175\u00b0C vorheizen. Eigeln mit 120 g Zucker, Vanillinzucker, Salz und dem hei\u00dfen Wasser aufschlagen. In extra-Sch\u00fcssel Eiwei\u00df aufschlagen und den restlichen Zucker nach und nach einrieseln lassen. Eischnee unter die Eigelbmasse ziehen. Gesiebtes Mehl und Speisest\u00e4rke unterheben. Den Boden einer Springform mit Backpapier auslegen, Teig einf\u00fcllen und 45-50 Minuten backen.<br \/>\n<em>Bayerische Creme<\/em><br \/>\nGelatine einweichen. Puddingpulver, Eigelb und etwas Milch kalt anr\u00fchren. Restliche Milch, Zucker, Butter und Salz zum Kochen bringen. Mit dem anger\u00fchrten Puddingpulver binden. Die ausgedr\u00fcckze Gelatine unter die hei\u00dfe Creme r\u00fchren. Masse auf ca 35\u00b0C abk\u00fchlen lassen. Steifgeschlage Sahne unterziehen. Den M\u00fcrbteigboden d\u00fcnn mit Erdbeerkonfit\u00fcre bestreichen. eine Scheibe Biskuitteig auflegen. Einen Tortenring mit \u00d6l einpinseln, mit Puderzucker besieben und um die Tortenb\u00f6den stellen. Etwa Dreiviertel der Creme einf\u00fcllen. Zweite Biskuitscheibe auflegen, restliche Creme einf\u00fcllen. Torte mindestens zwei Stunden kalt stellen. F\u00fcr die Garnierung Gelatine einweichen. Erdbeeren waschen, in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Sahne steif schlagen und die aufgel\u00f6ste Gelatine vorsichtig unterr\u00fchren. Torte aus dem Ring l\u00f6sen und rundum d\u00fcnn mit der Sahne bestreichen. Erdbeerscheiben auf der Torte kreisf\u00f6rmig anordnen. Zum Rand hin 1 cm frei lassen, auch in der Tortenmitte einen kleinen Kreis unbedeckt lassen. Tortengu\u00df herstellen und die Torte damit \u00fcberziehen.
