Vanille &#8211; Eiscreme etwa 15 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen, damit sie streichf\u00e4hig wird. Formenrand der Springform auf eine Tortenplatte setzen. Den Biskuitboden hineinlegen und mit Erdbeerkonfit\u00fcre bestreichen. Die Tortenplatte abgedeckt in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. Das Eiwei\u00df mit dem gesamten Puderzucker schnittfest schlagen und mit Erdbeermark und die Sahne unterziehen. Die Tortenplatte aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen, Vanille-Eiscreme gut 1 cm dick auf die Erdbeerkonfit\u00fcre streichen. Darauf die Erdbeer-Sahnef\u00fcllung geben und glatt streichen. Mit Pergamentpapier abdecken, mit der Alufolie die Form fest verschlie\u00dfen und f\u00fcr etwa 4 Stunden in den Gefrierschrank stellen. Garnitur: Sahne mit dem Zucker und Sahnesteif schlagen. Den Formenrand vorsichtig mit einem Messer von der Eistorte l\u00f6sen, dabei den Rand \u00f6ffnen abnehmen, Torte mit der geschlagenen Sahne vollst\u00e4ndig \u00fcberziehen. Tortenoberfl\u00e4che in 12 St\u00fccke einteilen. Restliche Sahne in einen Spritzbeutel mit Sternt\u00fclle geben und die Tortenoberfl\u00e4che damit garnieren. Auf jedes St\u00fcck eine Erdbeerh\u00e4lfte setzen. Schokoladen &#8211; Bl\u00e4ttchen auf der Tortenmitte verteilen und die Torte zugedeckt in den Gefrierschrank stellen. 10 Minuten vor dem Servieren die Eistorte herausnehmen, aufschneiden und auf gek\u00fchlte Dessertteller legen.
