In einem Sieb kalt abschrecken, abtropfen lassen, grob hacken. Rosinen waschen und in warmen Wasser ca. 10 Minuten quellen lassen. Ofen auf 200\u00b0C vorheizen. Ente waschen, trockentupfen, salzen, pfeffern.<br \/>\nFeta zerbr\u00f6ckeln, mit Spinat, abgetropften Rosinen und gehacktem Knoblauch mischen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Kardamon, Zimt w\u00fcrzen. Ente mit der Masse f\u00fcllen und die \u00d6ffnung mit Zahnstochern verschlie\u00dfen. Die Ente mit der Brustseite nach unten in einen gefetteten Br\u00e4ter legen und 30 Minuten braten. Dann auf den R\u00fccken drehen, Wein angie\u00dfen und eine Stunde weiter braten.
