M\u00f6hren, Sellerie und Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln putzen und in feine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Streifen schneiden. Knoblauch und Chili fein hacken.<br \/>\nOliven\u00f6l in eine beschichtete Pfanne geben und die Gem\u00fcse mit Knoblauch und Chili anbraten, dann leicht salzen. Die Gem\u00fcse in eine Auflaufform f\u00fcllen und auf der ganzen Fl\u00e4che verteilen, anschlie\u00dfend die Fischfilets darauflegen. Die Vanille-Stange aufritzen und das Mark herauskratzen. Kokosmilch mit dem Vanillemark verr\u00fchren und \u00fcber die Fisch-Gem\u00fcse-Mischung gie\u00dfen. Die ausgekratzte Vanille-Stange dazulegen, alles mit Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln und bei 140 Grad f\u00fcr 15 bis 20 Minuten in den Ofen schieben.<br \/>\nDas Gem\u00fcse auf Tellern verteilen, eventuell noch mit etwas Zitrone und Meersalz w\u00fcrzen.
