Grillk\u00e4sespie\u00dfe &#8211; Zubereitung (circa 30 Minuten):<br \/>\nKirschtomaten s\u00e4ubern. K\u00e4se in grobe W\u00fcrfel schneiden. K\u00e4se und Kirschtomaten abwechselnd auf Holzspie\u00df auff\u00e4deln und mit wenig Kr\u00e4utersalz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Thymian abzupfen. Rucola s\u00e4ubern, Knoblauch sch\u00e4len, mit ger\u00f6steten Mandeln und Parmesan in den Mixer geben, Oliven\u00f6l zugeben und mit Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen, fein p\u00fcrieren. Pesto mit Kr\u00e4utersalz nachw\u00fcrzen. Brot in Scheiben schneiden, auf hei\u00dfem Grill kurz anr\u00f6sten, danach mit Pesto bestreichen. Spie\u00dfe mit Oliven\u00f6l bepinseln, beidseitig auf den Punkt grillen. Je zwei Spie\u00dfe \u00fcber Kreuz auf Teller anrichten, R\u00f6st-Pestobrote mit anlegen und mit Thymian bestreuen.<br \/>\n2. Fenchel-Orangensalat &#8211; Ein frischer Sommersalat &#8211; Zubereitung<br \/>\n(circa 25 Minuten):<br \/>\nFenchel halbieren, Strunk ausschneiden, den Fenchel in feine Streifen zerteilen. Orangenschale mit dem Messer nebst wei\u00dfer Haut abschneiden, Filets ausl\u00f6sen. Fenchel-Orangenfilets und Oliven vermengen. Aus Mango-Chutney, Orangensaft, Weinessig, \u00d6l und Ouzo eine Marinade anr\u00fchren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
