In einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel, Zucker, \u00d6l, Ei, Vanille und Buttermilch gut vermischen. Rhabarber und N\u00fcsse untermischen. In einer separaten Sch\u00fcssel Mehl, Backpulver, Backpulverund Salz mischen. Diese Mischung zur Rhabarber-Mischung geben und zu einem Teig verarbeiten.
