Den Backofen auf 200\u00b0C vorheizen. Das Muffinblech mit ein bi\u00dfchen Butter einfetten. (Wer kein solches Blech hat, setzt einfach 12 mal 2-3 Papierf\u00f6rmchen f\u00fcr Muffins ineinander und stellt sie aufs Backblech)<br \/>\n2. Bananen sch\u00e4len und mit einer Gabel zerquetschen \/ mit dem P\u00fcrierstab zerkleinern Mit \u00fcbriger Butter und dem Zucker verr\u00fchren, Eier und Buttermilch unterschlagen. Datteln l\u00e4ngst halbieren, entsteinen und klein w\u00fcrfeln und mit Mehl und Backpulver zur Bananen<br \/>\n&#8211; Buttermilch &#8211; Masse geben. Alles zu einem Teig verarbeiten.<br \/>\n3. Den Teig mit einem L\u00f6ffel in die Blechmulden f\u00fcllen, aber nur 3\/4 voll machen, damit der Teig gut aufgehen kann. Die Muffins im Ofen (Mitte!) 20 Minuten backen, bis die Oberfl\u00e4che leicht gebr\u00e4unt ist.<br \/>\n4. Muffins aus dem Ofen nehmen, leicht abk\u00fchlen lassen und auf ein Kuchengitter st\u00fcrzen (Muffins in Papaierf\u00f6rmchen gleich aufs Gitter setzen). Ausk\u00fchlen lassen.
