Nach und nach die Eier unterr\u00fchren. Den Backofen auf 175 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen und ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.<br \/>\nMehl mit Backpulver und der Prise Salz mischen und l\u00f6ffelweise unterr\u00fchren. Diese Masse mindestens f\u00fcnf Minuten schlagen, bis ein sehr glatter, fl\u00fcssiger Teig entstanden ist. Den Teig auf das<br \/>\nBackblech giessen, glatt streichen und etwa 12 bis 15 Minuten backen. In der Zwischenzeit die Butter in einem Topf auf dem Herd schmelzen und Zucker, Honig und Mandelbl\u00e4ttchen unterziehen.
