Filets in Butter von beiden Seiten jeweils eine Minute braten, dann abk\u00fchlen lassen. Je 2 Brotscheiben mit<br \/>\nBraet bestreichen, Filet quer darauf legen und in die Brotscheiben wickeln und in reichlich Oliven\u00f6l von allen Seiten kross braten. Danach zehn Minuten in den auf 180\u00b0C vorgeheizten Ofen geben,<br \/>\nabschliessend 5 Minuten ruhen lassen.<br \/>\n<em>Sauce:<\/em><br \/>\nFeingeschnittene Schalotte in einem Essl\u00f6ffel Butter anschwitzen.
