Minuten backen. Nach dem Ausk\u00fchlen mit Schokoguss bestreichen und mit gehackten Mandeln bestreuen oder mit weihnachtlichen Motiven verzieren. Tipp: Schwartau dunkle Kuchenglasur Aprikosen klein geschnitten in Rum 40% einweichen &#8211; bevor sie in den Teig kommen in Mehl w\u00e4lzen (melieren), damit sie beim backen nicht nach unten sinken Man kann auch Marzipan zerkleinert dazu geben R\u00fchrteig: Alle trockenen Zutaten, dann das Fett &#8211; es muss streichf\u00e4hig sein -, die Eier und alle \u00fcbrigen Zutaten in die R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben. Mit dem R\u00fchrbesen zuerst alles auf der niedrigsten, dann auf der h\u00f6chsten Einstellung etwa 2 Minuten verr\u00fchren.
