Speck w&uuml;rfeln, in der <br \/>\n\tButter anbraten, Zuckermelasse dazugeben und den geschnittenen Wei&szlig;kohl. Mit <br \/>\n\tSalz, Pfeffer und Thymian w&uuml;rzen. Wasser zugeben und mindestens eine Stunde <br \/>\n\tkochen lassen. <br \/>\n\tEs ist sehr wichtig immer wieder diese Kohlmischung durchzur&uuml;hren damit sie <br \/>\n\tnicht anbrennt ( daher niedrige Temperatur).
