Das Mehl in eine Sch&uuml;ssel sieben und in die Mitte eine Mulde dr&uuml;cken. 50 g Butter zerlassen und mit der warmen Hefemilch 120 g Zucker, Vanillezucker, Salz und den Eiern Hineingeben und mit einem Handr&uuml;hrger&auml;t zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Zugedeckt an einem warmen Ort 30 Minuten gehen lassen bis der Teig sich verdoppelt hat. Den Teig mit den H&auml;nden kurz durchkneten und mit einem gro&szlig;en L&ouml;ffel in 8 Nudeln teilen, formen und auf ein mit Mehl best&auml;ubtes Brett setzen. Mit einem Tuch zudecken und nochmals ruhen lassen. Inzwischen in einem flachen schweren Topf die restliche Milch mit der Butter und dem Zucker zum Kochen bringen. Die Nudeln nebeneinander hinein legen, den Deckel fest auflegen und auf mittlerer Hitze einmal kurz aufkochen lassen. Dann bei kleiner Hitze 30 Minuten ziehen lassen, bis alle Fl&uuml;ssigkeit verdampft ist.
