Cashewkerne grob hacken und dazu geben. M&ouml;hren putzen, l&auml;ngs in sehr d&uuml;nne schr&auml;ge Scheiben schneiden. Vom Kohl die dicken Blattrippen herausschneiden und die Bl&auml;tter in 3 cm grosse St&uuml;cke schneiden. Lauch putzen und das Weisse und Hellgr&uuml;ne l&auml;ngs in 1 cm dicke schr&auml;ge Scheiben schneiden. Shiitake putzen. Chili putzen, fein w&uuml;rfeln. Ingwer fein reiben. Knoblauch pellen und durchpressen. Das &Ouml;l portionsweise erhitzen und aus dem Teig pro Person 2 goldbraune Pfannkuchen backen. Pfannkuchen &uuml;bereinander legen und im 100&deg;C heissen Backofen warm halten. In einem breiten Topf bei starker Hitze den Zucker goldbraun schmelzen. Die Butter dazugeben, aufsch&auml;umen lassen. M&ouml;hren unter R&uuml;hren 3 Minuten darin d&uuml;nsten. Kohl untermischen und nach weiteren 3 Minuten Lauch, Shiitake, Chili, Ingwer und Knoblauch dazugeben. Salzen und zugedeckt in ca. 5 Minuten bissfest d&uuml;nsten.
