Garnelen aus der Schale l&ouml;sen, dabei das Schwanzende dranlassen. Auf der R&uuml;ckenseite leicht einschneiden, Darm entfernen. Garnelen waschen, s&auml;uern. <br \/>\n\t2. Pilze in 1\/4 l hei&szlig;em Wasser einweichen. Porree und Sellerie putzen, waschen. Zwiebeln abziehen. Gem&uuml;se in Scheiben schneiden. <br \/>\n\t3. Bambussch&ouml;&szlig;linge abtropfen lassen. Zuckererbsen putzen, waschen. Chilischoten waschen, in d&uuml;nne Ringe schneiden. Sprossen waschen, abtropfen lassen. Ingwer sch&auml;len und fein w&uuml;rfeln. <br \/>\n\t4. &Ouml;l erhitzen, Curry, Porree und Sellerie zuf&uuml;gen, 3 Minuten d&uuml;nsten. Zwiebeln, Bambus, Erbsen, Chilischoten und Ingwer zuf&uuml;gen, mit Reiswein und Br&uuml;he abl&ouml;schen. 3 Minuten d&uuml;nsten. <br \/>\n\t5. Pilze zerpfl&uuml;cken, zusammen mit den Sprossen untermischen. Mit Salz, Zucker und Sojaso&szlig;e abschmecken. <br \/>\n\t6. Fritierfett erhitzen, Eiwei&szlig; und Speisest&auml;rke verquirlen. Garnelen trockentupfen, w&uuml;rfeln und darin wenden. Im hei&szlig;en Fitierfett 3-4 Minuten ausbacken.
