Zu zwei Rollen formen, zu Ringen zusammenlegen, mit Wasser bepinseln und 30 Minuten im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 225 Grad (Gas 4, Umluft 20 Minuten bei 200 Grad) auf der 2. Einschubleiste von unten backen. <br \/>\n\tTomatenpaste : Tomaten Stielans&auml;tze entfernen, h&auml;uten, entkernen und grob hacken. Mit fein gew&uuml;rfelter Ingwerwurzel, fein gew&uuml;rfeltem Zitronengras, Saft und abgeriebene Schale der Limetten, gehackter Chilischote, durchgepresster Knoblauchzehe, Zucker, Salz, Sternanis (gestrichener Essl&ouml;ffel),Aprikosenkonfit&uuml;re, Lorbeerblatt und Thymian im offenen Topf bei schwacher Hitze 25-30 Minuten einkochen, dabei ab und zu umr&uuml;hren. Lorbeerblatt und Thymian herausnehmen. Den P&uuml;rierstab zweimal kurz in die Masse halten. Die Paste heiss in Gl&auml;ser f&uuml;llen und sofort verschliessen.
