Das &Ouml;l erhitzen, die Zwiebeln hellbraun darin braten. Das Curry Pulver dazugeben und kurz mitbraten. Nun wird der 2. Santan langsam in die Pfanne gegossen u. zum Kochen gebracht. Die Kartoffeln, M&ouml;hren, Blumenkohl, Kohl, Bohnen, Schoten u. Chillies hineintun u. zum Kochen bringen. K&ouml;cheln, bis das Gem&uuml;se zart ist. Mit Salz, Zucker, Monosodium Glutamat u. heller Soya Sauce abschmecken. Nun werden 1. Santan, die Krabben u. der Tofu zugegeben, alles zum Kochen gebracht u. f&uuml;r 5 Minuten schwach gekocht.
