Butter (1) in einem Topf erhitzen, 2\/3 der fein gehackten Schalotte zugeben und etwas d&uuml;nsten lassen. Die gekochten Spargel (1) zugeben, sowie Kochwasser, zum Kochen bringen. Doppelrahm zugeben und w&auml;hrend 2 Minuten bei guter Hitze kochen lassen. P&uuml;rieren, dabei Butter (2) zugeben. Durch ein sehr feines Sieb geben, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Beiseite legen. <br \/>\n\tVor dem Servieren: Die Spargelspitzen (2) erw&auml;rmen, die Spargelcreme ebenfalls. Die Morcheln mit dem Rest der Schalotte sowie Butter (3) in einer kleinen Pfanne tun, salzen und so lange d&uuml;nsten lassen, bis die Fl&uuml;ssigkeit der Morcheln verdampft ist. Die Spargelcreme in Suppenteller verteilen, je 1\/servings der Morcheln in der Mitte tun und mit je 2 Spargelspitzen dekorieren.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Zutaten 6
