Ist das Kassler weich, wird es kleingeschnitten. Das Suppengem\u00fcse und die Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter werden aus der Fleischbr\u00fche entnommen.<br \/>\nDie Gew\u00fcrzgurken und die Zwiebeln werden gew\u00fcrfelt, das Letscho falls erforderlich klein geschnitten. Die Jagdwurst wird ebenfalls gew\u00fcrfelt und etwas angebraten.
