Die Butter w\u00fcrfeln, mit dem Ei und 3 EL Milch dazugeben. Alles zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Den Backofen auf 175 Grad vorheizen. Den Teig auf der leicht bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che zu einem etw. 25 cm gro\u00dfen Kreis ausrollen. Auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech heben. Die Kiwis sch\u00e4len, in Scheiben schneiden und auf den Tortenboden legen, leicht in den Teig dr\u00fccken. Den Kuchen auf der unteren Schiene in den Ofen stellen und etwa 10 min. backen. Inzwischen die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Glasur in einen kleinen Topf geben, unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren einmal aufkochen. Den Kuchen aus dem Ofen nehmen, den Buttergu\u00df dar\u00fcber verteilen. Die Ofenhitze auf 200 Grad reduzieren, den Kuchen noch etwa 10 min. backen. Den Kuchen kann man im ganzen oder st\u00fcckweise einfrieren.
