Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len, grob w\u00fcrfeln. Alles in kochendem Salzwasser 3 Minuten blanchieren. Knoblauch pellen, Pfefferschote l\u00e4ngs halbieren und entkernen, beides fein hacken. Filet in Streifen schneiden. Fond mit Tomatenmark glattr\u00fchren. Koriander fein hacken.<br \/>\n4 EL \u00d6l in einem Wok oder in einer gro\u00dfen, beschichteten Pfanne stark erhitzen. Fleisch darin portionsweise anbraten, dann salzen und pfeffern, herausnehmen, beiseite stellen.<br \/>\n6 EL \u00d6l in den Wok geben, stark erhitzen, Broccoli und Zwiebeln darin 8 Minuten anbraten, gelegentlich umr\u00fchren. Pfefferschote und Knoblauch zugeben, salzen und 2 Minuten weiterbraten. Dann Fleisch, Fond und Koriander zugeben und weitere 1-2 Minuten schmoren.
