Die Stiele ggf.sch\u00e4len. Den Broccoli mit Wasser bedeckt in einem Topf zum Kochen bringen, dann zugedeckt bei schwacher Hitze in etwa 20 Minuten weich kochen. Das Brot in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und in der Butter rundherum knusprig braten. Den Broccoli p\u00fcrieren. Das restliche Wasser hinzugie\u00dfen, die Suppe nochmals erhitzen und mit Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche verfeinern, mit der Br\u00fche, Salz, Pfeffer, dem Muskat und dem K\u00fcmmel abschmecken. Die Suppe in einer Terrine servieren und die Brotw\u00fcrfel getrennt dazu reichen.
