Am n\u00e4chsten Tag salzen und mit dem Einweichwasser im geschlossenen<br \/>\nTopf f\u00fcnfundzwanzig Minuten garen. Die gr\u00fcnen Bohnen putzen, waschen und abtropfen lassen. Die Karotten putzen, waschen und in Scheiben schneiden. Die gr\u00fcnen Bohnen zu den weissen Bohnen geben, gut mischen, zum Kochen bringen und weitere f\u00fcnfzehn Minuten im geschlossenen Topf garen. Dann das Wasser von den Bohnen abgiessen, dabei die angegebene Menge vom Kochwasser auffangen und mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fchepaste verr\u00fchren. Die Karotten zu den Bohnen geben und die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche zugiessen. Weitere zehn Minuten zugedeckt garen. In der Zwischenzeit den Schmant mit der Speisest\u00e4rke verr\u00fchren. Die Petersilie und das Bohnenkraut von den Stielen streifen und hacken.<br \/>\nNach beendeter Garzeit die Schmandmischung mit dem Gem\u00fcse verr\u00fchren. Alles noch mal zwei bis drei Minuten erhitzen. Bohnenkraut und gehackte Petersilie unterheben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.
