Man l\u00e4\u00dft ihn abtropfen. Die Zwiebel wird in wenig \u00d6l ged\u00fcnstet, Paprika daraufgestreut und das Schweinegehackte dazugegeben. Man w\u00fcrzt mit Pfeffer und Salz und l\u00e4\u00dft es kurz br\u00e4unen. Eine feuerfeste Form wird mit Fett bestrichen und mit Blumenkohl belegt, darauf legt man eine Schicht ged\u00fcnstetes Gehacktes, darauf schichtet man das kleingeschnittene ger\u00e4ucherte Fleisch. Geriebener Kase wird daraufgestreut und wieder folgt eine Schicht Blumenkohl. Inzwischen wird die saure Sahne mit einem Eigelb und dem feingeschnittenen Dill verr\u00fchrt und \u00fcber den geschichteten Blumenkohl gegossen.
