In Wasser das Sesam\u00f6l (1) und die Sojasauce (1) geben, die Spinatbl\u00e4tter darin einmal kurz aufkochen lassen. Abgiessen und in eiskaltem Wasser abschrecken. Den Spinat warmstellen. Das Sesam\u00f6l (2) in einer Pfanne erhitzen und den Sesam darin gleichm\u00e4ssig anr\u00f6sten. Einen L\u00f6ffel davon beiseite stellen. Den \u00fcbrigen Samen in einem elektrischen Mixer zu einer dicken Paste zerkleinern, mit der Sojasauce (2) und der Br\u00fche zu einer cremigen Sauce verarbeiten.     Mit Chilipulver und Pfeffer vorsichtig abschmecken.
