In eine am Boden mit Backpapier ausgelegte Springform (26 cm) f\u00fcllen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen (E-Herd: 175 Grad \/Gas: Stufe 2) ca. 20 Minuten backen. Gelatine einweichen. Joghurt und \u00fcbrigen Zucker bis auf 1 Essl\u00f6ffel verr\u00fchren. Limettenschalen abreiben. Mit der H\u00e4lfte des Joghurts verr\u00fchren. 4 Blatt Gelatine ausdr\u00fccken, aufl\u00f6sen, unterr\u00fchren. Birnen, bis auf eine H\u00e4lfte, auf den Biskuit legen. 300 g Sahne steif schlagen. Die H\u00e4lfte unter den Limettenjoghurt heben. Auf den Birnen verteilen, kalt stellen. Preiselbeeren abtropfen lassen, Saft auffangen. 5-6 Essl\u00f6ffel davon mit \u00fcbrigem Joghurt verr\u00fchren. \u00dcbrige Gelatine ausdr\u00fccken, aufl\u00f6sen, unterr\u00fchren. Beeren, bis auf 1 Essl\u00f6ffel und \u00fcbrige geschlagene Sahne unterheben. Auf der Torte verteilen. 4 Stunden kalt stellen.
