Mehl, Backpulver, Muskat, Zucker &#038; Salz in<br \/>\neine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Zerlassener Butter, Milch, Eier, \u00d6l, N\u00fcsse und geriebene Orangenschale zu Bananen geben. In der Mitte der trockenen Zutaten eine Mulde machen und die Bananenmischung zugeben und zu einem Teig verarbeiten. Teig in die vorbereiteten Muffinformen geben und bei 200\u00b0C f\u00fcr 15-20 Minuten backen.
