Die Pfirsiche waschen, halbieren, entsteinen und mit den Schnittfl\u00e4chen nach unten auf den Grill legen.<br \/>\nDie Zitrone heiss waschen, trocken reiben und die Schale abreiben. Die Zitrone halbieren und den Saft auspressen. Ricotta mit Zucker, Zitronensaft und -schale glatt r\u00fchren, auf einer Platte verteilen. Die Pfirsiche darauflegen und Mandelhonig dar\u00fcber verteilen.<br \/>\nTipp: Auch Aprikosen, Melonen und Birnen lassen sich gut grillen. Aprikosen harmonieren geschmacklich mit groben Bratw\u00fcrstchen und Senf.
