Die Erdn\u00fcsse grob hacken. In einem Mixer die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, Knoblauch, Ingwer, Zitronenschale, Salz und Kokosmilch durchmischen und zu einer s\u00e4migen Sauce mixen.<br \/>\nSpinat waschen und hacken. Chilli in feine Ringe schneiden. Kokosmilch in einer Kasserolle erhitzen, Fleisch zugeben und zum Kochen bringen. Hitze reduzieren und 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Die gehackten Erdn\u00fcsse, Zucker und Sojasauce zugeben und weitere 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<br \/>\nIn der Zwischenzeit die gemixte Sauce in einem zweiten Topf erhitzen und f\u00fcr 5 Minuten simmern. Nun das Fleisch zugeben und wieder aufkochen lassen, bei reduzierter Hitze k\u00f6cheln bis das Fleisch gar ist. Den Spinat blanchieren und auf einer Servierplatte als Bett f\u00fcr das Fleisch anrichten.
