Lauch putzen, in Scheiben schneiden und waschen. M\u00f6hren, Zwiebeln und Sellerie sch\u00e4len und w\u00fcrfeln. Etwa 2 l Wasser mit 2 EL Salz und etwas \u00d6l zu Kochen bringen. Spaghetti hineingeben, 10 Minuten kochen, im Sieb kurz absp\u00fclen, abtropfen lassen und in Butter schwenken.<br \/>\nInzwischen \u00fcbriges \u00d6l im Topf erhitzen. Zuerst Zwiebeln, M\u00f6hren und Sellerie in etwa 5 Minuten glasig d\u00fcnsten. Tomaten dazugeben, 5 Min. unbedeckt kochen. Lauch ins Gem\u00fcse mischen, 1 Minute kochen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und 1 Prise Thymian abschmecken.
