Eine gefettete 26cm-Form mit dem Teig f\u00fcllen und einen Rand von ca. 3cm ziehen. Die Form 30 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. F\u00fcr den Belag den Quark gut abtropfen lassen, mit Sahne, Gew\u00fcrz, Butter, Honig, Mehl und den gesch\u00e4lten Bananen im Mixer gut verquirlen. Backofen 200\u00b0C vorheizen, den Teigboden 10 min. vorbacken, herausnehmen und die F\u00fcllung draufgeben. Mit den Mandelbl\u00e4ttchen bestreuen. Ca. noch eine halbe Stunde weiterbacken.
