Die Milch erw\u00e4rmen und die zerbr\u00f6ckelte Hefe in die Milch r\u00fchren. Eine Vertiefung in das Mehl dr\u00fccken; die anger\u00fchrte Hefe hineingeben und zugedeckt 15 Minuten gehen lassen. Dann die Butter aufl\u00f6sen, das Ei, das Salz und den S\u00fc\u00dfstoff zum Hefeteig geben, gut durchschlagen und nochmals 10 Minuten zugedeckt gehen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit die Aprikosen gut abtropfen lassen. Den Quark mit allen anderen Zutaten au\u00dfer den Mandeln gut verr\u00fchren. Den Hefeteig auf einem Kuchenblech ausrollen, mit der Quarkmasse bestreichen und mit den Aprikosen belegen. Die Mandeln dar\u00fcberstreuen und 10 Minuten gehen lassen.
