Das Eiwei\u00df steif schlagen und unterheben.<br \/>\nDie Quarkmasse in den gew\u00e4sserten oder gefetteten R\u00f6mertopf einf\u00fcllen und glatt streichen. Die Apfelh\u00e4lften hineindr\u00fccken und den Topf mit Deckel in den kalten Backofen stellen.<br \/>\nOber-\/Unterhitze etwa 200 Grad, Hei\u00dfluft etwa 180 Grad, Gas Stufe 4, Backzeit etwa 65 Minuten.<br \/>\nDen Deckel etwa 20 Minuten vor Ende der Backzeit entfernen, offen weiter garen lassen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Weinsauce den Kochsud der \u00c4pfel mit der Speisest\u00e4rke(1TL) und den Eiern verr\u00fchren und unter st\u00e4ndigem Schlagen erhitzen, bis eine Kochblase aufsteigt.
