Den Backofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen. Das Muffinblech ausfetten oder mit  Papierf\u00f6rmchen auslegen.<br \/>\n2. Die After-Eight-T\u00e4felchen in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und mit dem Mehl und dem Backpulver und dem Natron sorgf\u00e4ltig vermischen.<br \/>\n3. Das Ei in einer weiteren Sch\u00fcssel leicht verquirlen. Zucker, \u00d6l und Buttermilch dazugeben und gut miteinander verr\u00fchren. Kurz mit dem Mehl vermischen (nicht zu viel verr\u00fchren).<br \/>\n4. Dein Teig in die Blechvertiefungen (zu 2\/3) einf\u00fcllen und bei 180\u00b0C 20-25 Minuten backen. Die Muffins im Blech 10 Minuten ruhen lassen. Dann aus den F\u00f6rmchen nehmen und auf einem Kuchengitter ganz abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\n5. In einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel den Puderzucker mit dem Wasser und dem Pefferminz\u00f6l zu einer glatten Glasur verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\n6.
