In einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel das Ei leicht verquirlen. Dann das \u00d6l und die Buttermilch dazugeben und gut verr\u00fchren. Die Mehlmischung hinzuf\u00fcgen und vorsichtig unterheben.
