Margarine<br \/>\n4 Eier<br \/>\n150 g Zucker<br \/>\n2 cl Calvados<br \/>\n1 Spur Salz<br \/>\n1 Spur Backpulver; Messerspitze<br \/>\n150 g Mehl<br \/>\n<em>F\u00fcllung<\/em><br \/>\n500 g \u00c4pfel; s\u00fcsse Sorte z.B. Delicious<br \/>\n1 EL Puderzucker<br \/>\n1 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\nButter oder Margarine schmelzen und abk\u00fchlen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit Eier, Zucker, Calvados u. Salz schaumig schlagen. Abgek\u00fchltes Fett, Backpulver und durchgesiebtes Mehl untermischen. Backofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen. \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len, vierteln, entkernen. In d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und 400 g davon unter den Teig heben. Die Springform einfetten und den Teig einf\u00fcllen. Die restlichen Apfelscheiben auf dem Teig verteilen. Kuchen in den vorgeheizten Ofen auf die untere Einschubleiste stellen und 40-50 Minuten bei 200 Grad backen. Nach 20 Minuten Backzeit eventuell abdecken. Kuchen aus dem Ofen nehmen und vorsichtig aus der Form l\u00f6sen. Auf einen Kuchendraht legen.
