Den erkalteten Tortenboden zweimal durchschneiden. Eine Scheibe Ananas zur\u00fcckbehalten und in 16 St\u00fccke schneiden. Die restlichen Ananas im Mixer p\u00fcrieren. Zwei Becher Sahne mit 2 Packungen Sahnesteif schlagen und unter die Ananasmasseziehen. Man gibt die H\u00e4lfte dieser Masse auf den unteren Tortenboden, dann wird der 2. Boden aufgesetzt und mit der restlichen Masse bestrichen. Deckel auflegen. Nun den restlichen Becher Sahne mit Sahnesteif schlagen und die Torte rundherum damit bestreichen.
