Das Schweinefleisch in schmale Streifen schneiden. Das Erdnuss\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Das Fleisch portionsweise darin anbraten und beiseite stellen. Die Zwiebeln im verbliebenen \u00d6l hellbraun anbraten. Die Erdnusscreme untermischen und mit Salz, Pfeffer, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel und Cayennepfeffer kr\u00e4ftig abschmecken. Die Tomaten mit dem Saft dazugeben. Die Fleischbr\u00fche angiessen und aufkochen. Das Fleisch wieder in den Topf geben und alles zugedeckt bei mittlerer Hitze 40 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Inzwischen die Petersilie waschen, einige Zweige zum Garnieren beiseite legen, von den restlichen die Bl\u00e4ttchen abzupfen und fein hacken. Das Ragout abschmecken und bei Bedarf nachw\u00fcrzen. Die Petersilie untermischen.
