Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Beides mit K\u00e4se und Aiwar verr\u00fchren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Avocado halbieren, Stein entfernen. Fruchtfleisch aus der Schale l\u00f6sen. Mit Zitronensaft, Cayennepfeffer und Salz fein p\u00fcrieren. Schnitzel trockentupfen und in gr\u00f6\u00dfere St\u00fccke (Nuggets) schneiden. Paprika-Chips zerbr\u00f6seln. Erdn\u00fcsse grob hacken. Mehl, Chips und Erdn\u00fcsse jeweils in einen tiefen Teller geben. Ei in einem weiteren tiefen Teller verschlagen. Die Schnitzelst\u00fccke mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Erst in Mehl, dann in Ei und zuletzt in Chips oder in Erdn\u00fcssen wenden.<br \/>\n\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen, Die Nuggets darin rundherum ca. 5 Minuten braten. Auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen. In einer Schale anrichten und die Dips extra reichen. Dazu passt Ciabatta oder Baguette.<br \/>\nDamit die Panade gut haftet, die Schnitzelst\u00fccke erst in Mehl, dann in Ei und zuletzt in zerbr\u00f6ckelten Kartoffel-Chips oder in gehackten Erdn\u00fcssen wenden.
