Die Eier verquirlen und den Biskuit &#8211; oder das Toastbrot fein reiben. Die Banane in dicke Scheiben schneiden, sofort mit etwas Zitronensaft mischen, mit Zucker w\u00fcrzen und den Joghurt zusammen mit der frisch fein geschnittenen Zitronenmelisse untermengen. Die Melonenscheiben in Mehl w\u00e4lzen, durch das verquirlte Ei ziehen<br \/>\nund in den Brotbr\u00f6seln wenden.<br \/>\nDie Melonenschnitzel in einer Pfanne mit etwas Butter ausbacken, bis sie goldgelb sind.
