Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len, fein hacken. Pilze putzen, waschen und in Scheiben schneiden. Tomaten samt Fl\u00fcssigkeit p\u00fcrieren.<br \/>\n2. Ein EL \u00d6l erhitzen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch darin and\u00fcnsten. Pilze kurz mitbraten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Tomatenp\u00fcree einr\u00fchren, aufkochen. So\u00dfenpulver einr\u00fchren und eine Minute k\u00f6cheln. Mit Pizza- Gew\u00fcrz abschmecken.<br \/>\n3. Schnitzel abtupfen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und in einer Pfanne in 1-2 EL hei\u00dfem \u00d6l von jeder Seite kurz anbraten.<br \/>\n4. Schnitzel dicht an dicht nebeneinander auf eine ge\u00f6lte Fettpfanne legen. Mit Parmesan bestreuen und mit Schinkenscheiben belegen. So\u00dfe gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig dar\u00fcbergie\u00dfen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen (E-Herd: 175 \u00b0C\/ Umluft: 150 \u00b0C\/Gas: Stufe 2) ca. 1 1\/2 Stunden schmoren.<br \/>\n5. Mozzarella abtropfen lassen und in Scheiben schneiden. Ca. 15 Minuten vor Ende der Bratzeit auf der Schnitzel-Pizza verteilen und bei 200 \u00b0C (Umluft: 175 \u00b0C\/Gas: Stufe 3) goldbraun \u00fcberbacken.
