Im verbliebenen Fett den in Streifen geschnittenen Speck und kleingeschnittene Zwiebeln anr\u00f6sten, mit Weisswein abl\u00f6schen, Tomatenmark, Knoblauch und Paprika beigeben, mit Fond aufgiessen und zugedeckt weichd\u00fcnsten. Kurz vor dem Weichwerden knackiges Letscho beigeben, ca. 5 Minuten leicht ziehen lassen und abschmecken.<br \/>\n<em>Letscho<\/em><br \/>\n\u00d6l erhitzen, in Streifen geschnittene Zwiebeln anlaufen lassen, die ebenfalls in Streifen geschnittenen Paprikaschoten hinzufuegen, leicht mitr\u00f6sten, mit Salz, Pfeffer und zerdr\u00fccktem Knoblauch w\u00fcrzen. Mit Suppe untergiessen und zugedeckt ca. 5 Minuten d\u00fcnsten, die groben   Tomatenst\u00fccke beigeben, noch einmal durchd\u00fcnsten, abschmecken und mit Petersilie bestreuen.  <em>Schupfnudeln <\/em><br \/>\nErd\u00e4pfel passieren, mit allen Zutaten verarbeiten, den Teig auf einem bemehlten Brett zu einer Rolle formen. Kleine St\u00fccke abschneiden und kleine Nudeln drehen. Im gesalzenen Wasser ca. 2 Minuten kochen, abseihen, abschwemmen und abtropfen lassen.
