In einer Eisenpfanne (wenn vorhanden) scharf in Pflanzen\u00f6l anbraten, dann Hitze reduzieren und je Seite drei Minuten gar braten. W\u00e4hrend der Bratzeit die Schnitzel mit dem Bratensaft betr\u00e4ufeln. Wer m\u00f6chte, gibt zum Schluss ein L\u00f6ffel Butter dazu. Ananas vom Strunk und Gr\u00fcn befreien, dann vierteln, vom mittleren Strunk befreien und das Fleisch von der Haut l\u00f6sen. Dann w\u00fcrfeln. Diese W\u00fcrfel in Pflanzen\u00f6l mit Chili und Knoblauch braten und mit etwas Zucker w\u00fcrzen.
