Dann den Teig d\u00fcnn ausrollen, in eine Springform (26 cm Durchmesser) geben und bei 175 Grad 10 &#8211; 15 Minuten backen.<br \/>\n<em>Krokant<\/em><br \/>\nDie Zutaten alle in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, dabei mit der Butter (am besten weich und in kleinen St\u00fccken) abschliessen. Daraus dann eine gleichm\u00e4ssige Masse formen, die anschliessend in einer Springform verteilt wird. Bei 180 Grad wird das Ganze dann 30 Minuten gebacken. Nach dem Backen wird der noch warme Boden in 14-16 St\u00fccke geschnitten.<br \/>\n<em>Obstsalat<\/em><br \/>\nDie Fr\u00fcchte werden gewaschen, gesch\u00e4lt und in kleine St\u00fccke geschnitten. Ausserdem muss die Sahne geschlagen werden. Die Mischung des Obstsalates kann generell, je nach Jahreszeit variiert werden. Die Fr\u00fcchte werden schliesslich mit Zitronensaft und Zucker bestreut. Dann den Obstsalat etwas ziehen lassen und den Saft absch\u00fctten. Schliesslich wird die geschlagene Sahne unter das Obst<br \/>\ngezogen.<br \/>\n<em>Zusammensetzen der Torte<\/em><br \/>\nAuf den ausgek\u00fchlten M\u00fcrbeteig wird die Obst-Sahne-Mischung gegeben und dort gut verstrichen. Darauf werden dann die Krokantst\u00fccke gesetzt.
