Die Mischung zu den \u00fcbrigen Zutaten geben und gut verkneten. Den Teig circa zwei Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur gehen lassen. Danach den Teig halbieren und duenn ausrollen. Eine Teigh\u00e4lfte mit 50 g geschmolzener Butter d\u00fcnn bestreichen und etwas Zucker dar\u00fcber streuen. Den Apfel mit Schale, aber ohne Kerngeh\u00e4use reiben. Die H\u00e4lfte der Rosinen und des geriebenen Apfels darauf geben. Zum Schluss den Zimt dar\u00fcber streuen und den<br \/>\nTeig zu einer festen Rolle formen. Die Rolle in ca. zwei bis drei Zentimeter dicke Scheiben schneiden und auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech legen.<br \/>\nDen Vorgang mit dem restlichen Teig wiederholen. Im Umluftherd k\u00f6nnen beide Bleche bei 180 Grad f\u00fcr ca. 30 bis 40 Minuten zusammen gebacken werden.<br \/>\nTipp: Die Zutaten ergeben ca. 40 Schnecken. Sie bleiben in einer abgedeckten Sch\u00fcssel etwa drei bis vier Tag lang frisch. Sie k\u00f6nnen aber auch problemlos eingefroren werden.
