Teil: 120 g kandierte Orangenschalen<br \/>\n2. Teil: 120 g Bitterschokolade<br \/>\n3. Teil: 120 g getrocknete Zwetschgen <\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Teig<\/em><br \/>\nButter, Zucker und Eier schaumig ruehren. Mehl und Backpulver zusammen sieben und mit der Milch unter die aufgeschlagene Masse heben. Es soll ein z\u00e4h fliessender Teig entstehen. Den Teig in kleinen H\u00e4ufchen in gen\u00fcgendem Abstand auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech verteilen. Bei 180 \u00b0C Umluft 15-20 Minuten goldgelb backen.<br \/>\n<em>Glasur<\/em><br \/>\nKuvert\u00fcre schmelzen und Puderzucker mit Zitronensaft anr\u00fchren. Anschliessend die ausgek\u00fchlten Amerikaner auf der glatten Seite h\u00e4lftig mit Kuvert\u00fcre und h\u00e4lftig mit Puderzuckerglasur bestreichen.<br \/>\n<em>Varianten<\/em><br \/>\nZutaten jeweils grob hacken und unter den fertigen Teig ziehen. Je 20 g f\u00fcr die Oberfl\u00e4chengestaltung zur\u00fcck behalten.
