Dabei nach und nach das Wasser zugeben. Teig zu einer Kugel rollen, in Folie einwickeln und im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen. Gesch\u00e4lte \u00c4pfel in gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden und mit Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln.<br \/>\nKaramell: In einer gro\u00dfen Biskuitform den Zucker unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren mit dem Holzl\u00f6ffel vollkommen schmelzen. Form von der Kochstelle nehmen, die gespaltene Vanilleschote zugeben und die \u00c4pfel kranzf\u00f6rmig einf\u00fcllen. Mit Alufolie fest abdecken und bei 180 Grad (Gas Stufe 6) eine Stunde im Backofen backen. Aus dem Ofen nehmen,<br \/>\nabk\u00fchlen lassen und bis zum n\u00e4chsten Tag in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<br \/>\nAm n\u00e4chsten Tag den Teig ausrollen und \u00fcber die karamellisierten \u00c4pfel dr\u00fccken. Bei 180 Grad (Gas Stufe 6) 40 Minuten im Ofen backen.
